    Attorney

    Frank has been with Linn, Schisel & DeMarco, PS since 1990. Frank has over 40 years of experience in estate planning, trust, and probate. more info

  • Lionel Holman

    Paralegal

    Lionel Holman currently works as our Guardianship/Conservatorship and Trust paralegal, preparing Annual Reports for the Court and also helping new clients establish Guardianship or Conservatorship. Lionel brings over 10 years of prior experience in Litigation and Bankruptcy practice.

  • Meredith Klein

    Paralegal

    Meredith joined our firm in 2017 and has been a legal secretary/paralegal since 1982. She has experience in many areas of the law. Her focus here is mainly Estate Planning and Probate.

  • Kathy Powell

    Bookkeeper

    Kathy is our bookkeeper since 2018. Besides keeping the books for the law firm, Kathy also works with clients on such projects as accountings that are required for court conservatorships and trusts.
